- 20 small potatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can beans, green (princess beans)
- 6 large sausages
- 1 bottle sauce (barbecue grill sauce)
- 2 tablespoon quark
- 1 small lemon
- some paprika powder, noble sweet
- some salt and pepper

- First wash the potatoes and quarter them, if they are too big, cut into smaller wedges. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, drizzle the juice of half a lemon over them and season with paprika, salt and pepper. Now the potatoes are pushed into the oven preheated to 180 ° C (convection) for 30 minutes.
- Pour the barbecue sauce from the bottle (you can also make it yourself if you have a lot of time) into a separate bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of quark, 3 tablespoons of water and the juice of the other half a lemon and stir well.
- Cut the sausages into small cubes and fry in the pan. Now put the sausages, corn, kidney beans, green beans and the cooked potatoes in a large bowl and mix together. Finally fold in the barbecue sauce.
