Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 romaine lettuce, mini
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 150 ml yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise (salad)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the beans and corn and rinse. Chop the mini romaine lettuce, half the cucumber and the two tomatoes and place in a salad bowl with the corn and kidney beans.
  2. Make a dressing from the yogurt, tomato ketchup and salad mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Mix with the vegetables.
