Ingredients
- 500 g chicken schnitzel
- 250 ml sauce (shashlik)
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 tomato (s), diced
- 1 can corn
- 1 can beans, red
- 1 red pepper (s), diced
- Sambal Oelek, or Tabasco
- 2 sachets rice

- Season the chicken schnitzel with salt and pepper and fry in a pan. Put water on and cook rice in it.
- Put the fried schnitzel aside and briefly fry the onions and tomatoes in the pan. Then add the shish kebab sauce and add a little water. Add corn, beans and the peppers and season with Sambal Oelek or Tabasco - depending on how spicy you like it.
- Put the meat back in the pan and bring to the boil.
- Serve with the rice.
