Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 small turkey schnitzel (10 g each)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoon corn (canned)
  • 6 tablespoon sauce (salsa)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 rolls (rye rolls)
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 4 leaves lettuce

Instructions

  1. First wash the peppers and remove the seeds, then dice with the onion and turkey schnitzel. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat and onion cubes in it. Add the diced paprika and corn and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in the salsa sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (gas mark 3) for about 3 minutes and cut them open.
  3. Brush the lower halves of the bun with sour cream and cover with lettuce leaves. Spread the filling on the rolls, cover with the top halves of the roll and serve warm.
