Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can kidney beans, 425ml
  • 1 can (s) beans, baked with bacon, 425ml
  • 1 packet tomato (s), strained, 200 g
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), medieval
  • 250 g chips (seasoned nachos or tortilla chips)
  • 100 g sour cream or creme fraiche
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion. Heat the oil. Fry the minced meat vigorously while turning. Fry the onion cubes. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and chilli. Put kidney beans in a colander and rinse briefly under cold water. Drain well. Add the baked beans with juice and kidney beans to the mince and heat. Stir in the tomatoes and bring to the boil while stirring. Taste spicy. Finely grate the cheese. Place the chips in a shallow pan and spread the ground bean mixture on top. Spread the sour cream or creme fraiche and cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven (E stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
