  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 packet puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf (2 rolls)
  • 3 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, peppers and garlic into small pieces. Grate the carrot and sweat everything in a pan with a little oil. A little later add the minced meat and mix well. Season to taste with tomato paste and the spices.
  2. When the minced meat is cooked through, remove the pan from the heat, stir in the corn and let the mixture cool. When the temperature has dropped so far that the eggs would no longer freeze, they can be stirred in.
  3. Now distribute half of the mixture on each layer of puff pastry in the middle as a line and roll it up into a sausage. Moisten the overlap with water so that the dough forms a joint. Seal the ends in the same way.
