Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, frozen, 450 g
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 250 g minced beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 g herbal cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Fat, for the tin
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Let the puff pastry thaw. Clean, core and dice the pepper. Clean the celery and cut into thin rings. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Remove the roots from the tomatoes and dice.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables in it. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until crumbly. Mix in the seasoning and the tomato paste. Take the pan off the heat and let it cool down.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C).
  4. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle (approx. 30 x 40 cm) and brush with the cream cheese. Spread the minced meat and vegetable mixture over it. Roll up the puff pastry from the long side and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Whisk the egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of water and brush the dough with it. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
