Ingredients

  • 450 g puff pastry
  • 600 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 4 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 120 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 250 g yourt (whole milk)
  • 0.5 ½ pack herbs (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry, then roll it out on a painted work surface and cover with foil. Knead the mince, onions, oat flakes, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs and parsley. Then season well with salt, pepper and chilli powder. Distribute the mince evenly on the rolled out puff pastry. Leave an approx. 3 cm wide border free at the back, just brush it with water. Now roll up the puff pastry evenly backwards away from your body, cut into 12 equal pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rest covered for approx. 15 minutes. Then bake in the preheated oven, 2nd rack from the bottom, at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, herbs and honey, season with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve the yogurt sauce with the hot puff pastry rolls.
