Ingredients

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g lasane plate (s), not pre-cooked
  • 400 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 100 g onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml milk
  • 60 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon wine, white
  • marjoram
  • nutmeg
  • sugar
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • water

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and garlic cloves. Chop the onions and press the garlic through the press. Slice the minced meat, fry in the butter with the chopped onions, season with garlic and spices.
  2. Make a sweat from butter and flour, deglaze with milk and 250 ml water. Add processed cheese to the sauce and let it melt while stirring. Season to taste with sugar, salt, pepper, nutmeg and wine.
  3. Grease the baking dish well. Layer the lasagna plates, minced meat, sauce and Gouda slices alternately on top of each other. The penultimate layer should be sauce, the last one cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
