Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 small Tin / n tomato (s) (pizza tomato)
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • 1 cup crème double (crème légère) or sour cream
  • 1 bag cheese, grated
  • 10 lasagne plate (s) (without precooking)
  • some thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • possibly basil
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean and dice the vegetables.
  2. Sear the minced meat in hot olive oil, then remove it from the pan and fry the diced vegetables in it with olive oil. Now add the minced meat again and then the pizza tomatoes and tomato paste. Season with thyme, rosemary, possibly basil, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Layer the finished sauce alternately with the lasagne plates in a baking dish - start with the sauce and stop again. Spread the crème légère or sour cream on the top layer of the sauce and then sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for approx. 35-40 minutes.
