Season and bread the schnitzel. Fry in the pan with fat until golden yellow. Let cool down. Finely dice the onions, ham and jerky. Place the schnitzel in an ovenproof dish, then spread the onion, ham and jerky beef cubes on top. Pour the cream over the top. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.
Then cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 70 minutes.
