Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the pancakes into a smooth dough and let it soak for 1/2 hour.
  2. Cut the lettuce into strips, the onion into fine cubes. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season to sweet and sour, mix with the lettuce and onions.
  3. Cut 1 sausage per pancake into slices and leave a little in a little clarified butter over moderate heat. Then pour 1/4 of the batter over the sausage slices and fry until golden brown on both sides.
