Put the cut beans in a sieve and drain with water. Peel the potatoes and cut them into not too small pieces.
Cover the beans and potatoes with the stock, add the diced onions, belly meat and sausages, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Remove the belly meat and sausages and, if necessary, pour off some of the stock.
Then mash the mixture as desired and season with savory if necessary.
