Instructions

  1. Put the flour with the salt in a bowl and form a hollow in the middle. Pour the boiling water into the flour, stir with a wooden spoon. After a few seconds, continue kneading the hot dough with your hands.
  2. Divide into six portions without further waiting and roll each into a flat cake. Fry in a non-stick pan for about a minute on each side.
  3. These six tortillas fill about two people.
  4. I recommend bean puree and cheese with it.
