- Crumble the yeast and dissolve it together with the salt and sugar in lukewarm water.
- Mix all other ingredients and then add the yeast solution.
- Stir everything well with the dough hook (approx. 5 minutes) until a sticky mass is formed.
- You can add a little coriander if you want.
- If the dough is still too sticky, knead in a little more flour.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled (about 30-40 minutes).
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees circulating air.
- Knead the dough well again and then put it in a bread pan. I always lay out these with parchment paper beforehand.
- If you want, you can sprinkle a few grains on the crust.
- Bake bread for 60 minutes at 175 degrees. Then let it cool down a little in the switched off oven.
- The bread becomes very fluffy with a wonderfully crunchy crust.
