Core the apple, cut into small pieces and place in a container (at least 1 liter capacity). Peel the pineapple, kiwi, banana and orange, cut into small pieces and also add to the container. Add the berries without defrosting and puree everything with a hand blender to a creamy mass. Stir in buttermilk, yogurt and pineapple juice. Season to taste with the spices and best serve chilled.
