Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, halve and quarter lengthways. Caramelize the sugar or honey gently in a pan. Add the banana pieces and fry lightly on both sides. Pour the whiskey over it, light it and flambé the bananas.
  2. Be careful, it can flare up easily.
  3. Arrange the bananas on a plate while still warm and serve with fruit, vanilla ice cream or whipped cream as desired.
