- 40 g butter
- 4 tablespoon sugar or honey
- whiskey

- Peel the bananas, halve and quarter lengthways. Caramelize the sugar or honey gently in a pan. Add the banana pieces and fry lightly on both sides. Pour the whiskey over it, light it and flambé the bananas.
- Be careful, it can flare up easily.
- Arrange the bananas on a plate while still warm and serve with fruit, vanilla ice cream or whipped cream as desired.
