Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 2 tablespoon whiskey, Irish
- Black pepper from the mill
- sea-salt

- Put the lukewarm butter in a bowl. Honey and whiskey with the butter. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add them as well.
- Mix everything thoroughly with a fork. Season to taste with pepper and sea salt. Chill in a small jar in the refrigerator.
