Instructions
- Cut the fruit into pieces and place in a large container with the honey, cinnamon and whiskey.
- Seal the glass and let the drink stand for 4 weeks. Then strain everything and filter through a cloth. Fill the liqueur into bottles and enjoy.
- Tip:
- A wonderful jam can be made from the fruit and a dash of finished liqueur.
