Drain the beans; Clean and wash the peppers, cut into small cubes, also clean and wash the spring onions, cut into thin rings; peel the garlic cloves.
Sauté the peppers and onion rings in the oil, squeeze the garlic, simmer for about 6 minutes; add the beans and heat; salt carefully, pepper generously and add the vinegar; to let it cool down. Sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs before serving, but you can also do without them.
Easy to prepare and shouldn`t be served out of the refrigerator.
