• 350 ml water, lukewarm
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 150 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)
• 350 g flour (type 550)
• 0.75 ¾ pack yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

1. Put the ingredients one after the other in the bread maker. Salt and yeast shouldn`t come into contact and the water should be lukewarm.
2. Program: white bread
3. Browning: light
4. Makes a bread of approx. 740 g.
