Dissolve the yeast in 450 ml of lukewarm water. The water has to be lukewarm and not hot, otherwise the dough won`t rise!
Mix the flour, salt and sugar, add the yeast water and work everything into a dough, if the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Put the dough in a bowl and cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Then knead again and either put in a greased loaf pan 30 cm or form a loaf and place it on a floured tray. Cover again with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
Now cut the loaf a few times at an angle about 1 cm deep a few times. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for around 25 minutes, or bake 5 minutes longer if necessary.
