Instructions

  1. Wash the cabbage and cut into fine strips. Clean and grate the carrots.
  2. Mix the vinegar, salt, sugar, mayonnaise and yoghurt well and pour over the prepared vegetables. Mix well and let steep for 2-3 hours.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
