Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ sugar
- 0.25 ¼ head white cabbage
- 3 carrot (s)
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 0.5 ½ cup natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped

- Wash the cabbage and cut into fine strips. Clean and grate the carrots.
- Mix the vinegar, salt, sugar, mayonnaise and yoghurt well and pour over the prepared vegetables. Mix well and let steep for 2-3 hours.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
