Ingredients
- 1 white cabbage
- 1 cup oil (sunflower or vegetable oil)
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- pepper

- Slice the white cabbage as finely as possible with a slicer. In a saucepan, bring the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard to the boil. Pour this stock over the grated cabbage and stir well. Season with pepper at the end.
- If you put the salad away in a cool place for a few hours, it can steep a little for an even better taste.
- Goes well with grilled food.
