Instructions

  1. Slice the white cabbage as finely as possible with a slicer. In a saucepan, bring the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard to the boil. Pour this stock over the grated cabbage and stir well. Season with pepper at the end.
  2. If you put the salad away in a cool place for a few hours, it can steep a little for an even better taste.
  3. Goes well with grilled food.
