Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into fine strips. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fry the cabbage in the oil for about 10 minutes until it collapses. Stir again and again!
  3. Drain the cooked noodles and mix with the fried white cabbage. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve on a nice plate and, if you like, add parmesan. Maggi can also be taken.
  5. If you prefer meat, you could also sauté mixed minced meat with onions and season with salt and pepper. Add the roasted meat to the finished cabbage and noodle mixture.
