Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg white cabbage
- 500 g penne
- Salt water
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 6 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 1 possibly Maggi

- Cut the cabbage into fine strips. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the cabbage in the oil for about 10 minutes until it collapses. Stir again and again!
- Drain the cooked noodles and mix with the fried white cabbage. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve on a nice plate and, if you like, add parmesan. Maggi can also be taken.
- If you prefer meat, you could also sauté mixed minced meat with onions and season with salt and pepper. Add the roasted meat to the finished cabbage and noodle mixture.
