Ingredients
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 150 g bacon (pork belly), diced
- 1 red pepper (s), diced
- 6 medium potato (s), diced
- 1 small Head white cabbage, sliced
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- 0.25 liter ¼ broth

- Leave out the onion and bacon, add the grated cabbage, deglaze with the broth, add the paprika and potatoes and cook for about 30 minutes. Chilli peppers depending on your taste. Tastes delicious with minced meat dishes or crust roasts.
