  • 0.5 ½ celeriac
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 roll
  • 0.5 ½ head white cabbage
  • 250 ml cream
  • 300 ml milk or water, depending on your taste
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots, celery and onions into small pieces and sauté in a pan for about 3 minutes. In the meantime, process the minced meat normally, i. H.
