- 500 g white cabbae
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 tablespoon coriander greens
- 1 tablespoon, leveled turmeric
- 100 g chickpeas, round
- 1 tablespoon, leveled baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- Oil or clarified butter for frying
