Ingredients

  • 1 kg white cabbage
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g couscous or rice
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
  • soy sauce
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, fresher (powder also works)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh or dried, no powder
  • coriander
  • salt and pepper
  • Sweetener or stevia, depending on your taste
  • Curry powder
  • 1 garlic

Instructions

  1. Clean the white cabbage and cut into strips. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Peel and grate the ginger or grind it in a mortar. Cut the chilli pepper into fine rings.
  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan. Sweat the onion, garlic, ginger and the chilli in it. Add the cabbage and fry lightly, deglaze with vegetable stock. Add the couscous or rice. Season with soy sauce, curry and coriander. Let simmer gently, then season with salt and pepper and possibly sweetener or stevia.
