Ingredients
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 600 g potato (s)
- 150 g reen spelled
- 2 carrot (s)
- 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar and paprika powder, noble sweet
- 2 tablespoon flour (whole grain flour)
- 4 slices cheese (Gouda)
- Chili powder and coriander
- Ginger and curry powder

- Cut the white cabbage into fine strips. Coarsely grate the carrots. Boil the potatoes in salted water almost cooked and let them cool down. Then cut into slices. Let the green spelled cook in salted water for 30 minutes. Braise the white cabbage in oil. Deglaze with 1/2 liter of vegetable stock and add the grated carrots. Simmer for 10 minutes with the pot closed. Season the vegetables with the spices and season with the sour cream. Mix in the flour and stir into the vegetable mixture until a thick sauce is formed. Mix in the green spelled. Put the potato slices in a baking dish and spread the vegetable-green spelled mixture over it. Bake the whole thing with 4 slices of cheese at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
