Ingredients
- 250 g reen spelled
- 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 300 g apples
- 200 g onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, ground
- 200 g Gouda cheese, rated
- 1 cup sweet cream

- Cook the green spelled in the vegetable stock for approx. 20 - 30 minutes until al dente.
- Dice the onions and apples and sauté them in the sunflower oil. Add the sauerkraut and sauté. Season with caraway seeds and mix in the cooked green spelled.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and pour the cream over it. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 - 30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
