- 2 cloves garlic
- a little fat
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 50 g reen spelled meal
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 ½ tablespoon marjoram
- Iodized salt
- pepper

- Peel onion and garlic, chop finely and sweat in a little hot fat until translucent. Bring the vegetable stock, green spelled meal, bay leaf and marjoram to the boil. Then let it swell over a low flame for 30 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and season with iodized salt and pepper.
- Let it steep for a few hours and do not serve too cold.
