Ingredients
- 750 g broccoli
- 900 ml vegetable stock
- 250 g reen spelled
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pinches pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 400 g tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch basil

- Bring the green spelled with the vegetable stock to the boil and cover and let it soak for about 30 - 40 minutes. Clean the broccoli and cut into florets, add to the green spelled for the last five minutes and cook with it.
- Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the basil into strips.
- Heat the olive oil and sweat the onion and garlic in it until translucent. Then add the drained green spelled mixture and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with basil.
