  • 200 g buckwheat
  • 2 large carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ head broccoli
  • 400 ml boiling water
  • Rapeseed oil or olive oil
  • salt
  • some dill
  • some parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash the broccoli and carrots and cut into bite-sized pieces. Toast in a little oil in the pan. Add the buckwheat, pour the boiling water over it and season with salt. Let everything simmer for 20 minutes. Then let stand with the lid closed and then mix in the herbs.
