- Chop the chocolate very finely. Briefly bring the cream, orange liqueur and the grated orange peel to the boil. Take off the stove.
- Stir in the chocolate with a spatula. Stir in the butter until a smooth cream is formed. Mix with pistachio nuts (but can also be left out).
- Pour into small, clean containers and place in the refrigerator. Keeps refrigerated for 2 weeks.
