Ingredients

  • 150 g chocolate, white
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 0.5 ½ orange (n) (organic), the zest it
  • 50 g butter, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate very finely. Briefly bring the cream, orange liqueur and the grated orange peel to the boil. Take off the stove.
  2. Stir in the chocolate with a spatula. Stir in the butter until a smooth cream is formed. Mix with pistachio nuts (but can also be left out).
  3. Pour into small, clean containers and place in the refrigerator. Keeps refrigerated for 2 weeks.
