Let the veal sausages soak in not quite boiling water for 10 minutes. Then skin, let cool and cut into thin slices.
Dice the cheese, cut the spring onions into thin rings. Mix the oil, vinegar and wine or water to make a sauce. Mix the sausage slices, cheese cubes and spring onions, pour over the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Instead of brie, other cheeses, e.g. Harzer, can of course also be used. Pretzels go well with this.
