Ingredients
- 5 sausages (white sausages)
- 200 g cheese (brie)
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white wine or water
- salt and pepper

- Let the veal sausages soak in not quite boiling water for 10 minutes. Then skin, let cool and cut into thin slices.
- Dice the cheese, cut the spring onions into thin rings. Mix the oil, vinegar and wine or water to make a sauce. Mix the sausage slices, cheese cubes and spring onions, pour over the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Instead of brie, other cheeses, e.g. Harzer, can of course also be used. Pretzels go well with this.
