  • 125 g cheese (Emmentaler)

For the marinade:

  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage, cheese and onion into small cubes, layer with the corn kernels in a bowl. Mix a marinade with the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad.
  2. Prepare the day before!
