Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ ring / s meat sausage
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 half a cucumber (s)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 10 small pickled cucumber (s)
  • 8 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • some cucumber liquid
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin from the meat sausage and cut into small cubes. Wash the cucumber, peppers and apple and also cut into small cubes. Cut the pickles into small slices.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the cucumber liquid to the desired consistency and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mayonnaise over the other ingredients and stir. Allow to steep for about an hour before consumption.
