Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff. As soon as the chocolate is liquid, mix the 2 egg yolks with the liquid chocolate and carefully fold in the whipped cream. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  2. (It is essential to use Toblerone, as only it contains the nougat and almond slivers.)
