Instructions
Wash the chives and cut into small rolls.
Mix the cream with the lime zest and lime juice. Add the chives rolls and the white wine. Bring the whole thing to the boil briefly and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Arrange and serve.
Goes very well with fish dishes.
