Instructions

  1. Cut the lemongrass into fine pieces. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Rub the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Put the prepared ingredients in a saucepan with sugar and white wine and heat to the boil, but do not boil. Let the wine brew steep for about 10 minutes. Pour through a sieve and immediately pour into preheated glasses.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedges if you like.
