Ingredients
- 3 sticks lemongrass
- 40 g iner, fresh
- 1 lemon (s), organic
- 60 g suar
- 500 ml white wine
- Lemon (s), (slices)

- Cut the lemongrass into fine pieces. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Rub the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
- Put the prepared ingredients in a saucepan with sugar and white wine and heat to the boil, but do not boil. Let the wine brew steep for about 10 minutes. Pour through a sieve and immediately pour into preheated glasses.
- Garnish with lemon wedges if you like.
