Instructions

  1. Bring the rice drink and coconut milk to a boil. Then add the rice and vanilla and let everything simmer for about 40 minutes. Stir every now and then.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the juice oranges and cut them into small pieces. Put these together with the mango juice, the spices and the carob gum in a small saucepan and mix well. Bring everything to the boil briefly.
  3. After 40 minutes, remove the rice from the stove, stir in the honey and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the rice and serve.
