Instructions

  1. Cut the rolls open and brush with butter. Cut the lettuce into small pieces and place on top. Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into slices and place on top as well.
  2. Season to taste with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with herbs from Provence. Cover with the top half of the bun.
